The Edward-Elmhurst Women’s Center for Pelvic Medicine in Naperville has expanded its services to Elmhurst. The new Women’s Center for Pelvic Medicine is open in the Center for Health, 1200 S. York St., Suite 4250, on the Elmhurst Hospital campus.
Kelly Jirschele, DO, an independent urogynecologist with Illinois Urogynecology Ltd. and a member of the medical staffs at Edward Hospital and Elmhurst Hospital, is providing services at the Elmhurst location as well as the Naperville office. She specializes in the treatment of pelvic floor disorders, including bladder and bowel problems, and prolapse of the female organs.
Dr. Jirschele received her medical degree from Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her internship and residency at St. Joseph Healthcare and Hospital in Chicago, and fellowship at the University of Chicago/NorthShore University Health System. Dr. Jirschele is fluent in Spanish.
Edward-Elmhurst Women’s Center for Pelvic Medicine’s board-certified, fellowship-trained urogynecologists and nurse specialists use non-surgical and surgical options to treat incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, bowel issues, structural defects, mesh-related complications and other pelvic disorders.
The Women’s Center for Pelvic Medicine in Naperville is located on the Edward Hospital campus at 120 Spalding Dr., Medical Office Building 2, Suite 401.
