Martin Coyne has been named to the Edward Foundation Board of Directors.
Coyne, a resident of Naperville, retired in 2013 as the CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities, where he was responsible for global operations of more than 320 houses in 57 countries, 360 chapters and 40,000 volunteers who served 9,000 families each night.
Previously, Coyne was the Chief Operating and Financial Officer of the Psychiatric Diagnostic Laboratories of America, a corporation that specialized in psychiatric and drug testing services.
From 1983 to 1987, Coyne worked for the White House as Director of Special Projects, Scheduling and Advance for First Lady Nancy Reagan. As one of four members of the First Lady’s senior staff, he was responsible for recommending, selecting, directing and implementing all public activities and travel for Mrs. Reagan.
